SEPT 9基因与恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展
         
Research advances in the relationship between SEPT9 gene and malignant tumors

摘    要
SEPT 9是与细胞质分裂相关的SEPT基因家族成员之一, 广泛分布于除植物以外的真核细胞, 其编码的septin 9蛋白由位于中央的P-loop GTP结合域、可变的N端和C端结构域组成, 参与细胞分裂、细胞极化、囊泡运输和细胞膜重构等生物过程, 并与肿瘤的发生直接相关。近年来, SEPT的功能研究正逐步成为细胞生物学和病理学的研究新热点。本文对SEPT 9的结构特征、在肿瘤组织中的表达改变以及致瘤机制等方面的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract
SEPT 9 is a member of SEPT gene family that related with cytokinesis and exists widely in the eukaryocytes except for plants. Septin 9, encoded by SEPT 9, consists of a P-loop-based GTP-binding domain flanked by alterable N terminus region and a C terminus region. It is involved in the following biological processes such as cytokinesis, polarization, vesicle trafficking and membrane reconstruction and is related with oncogenesis. In recent years, studies on the function of SEPT family members have become a new hot topic in the field of cell biology and pathology. In this review, we summarize the research advancement about the structural features, expression in neoplastic tissues and oncogenetic mechanisms of SEPT 9.
