长链非编码RNA在肿瘤转移中的调控作用
         
Regulatory function of long non-coding RNAs in tumor metastasis

摘    要
肿瘤转移涉及多个生物学过程,对肿瘤患者的临床治疗有重要影响,其具体的分子机制目前尚不完全清楚。长链非编码RNA(long non coding RNA,lncRNA)是一组长度>200个核苷酸、缺少完整开放阅读框和无蛋白编码功能的RNA。近年来的研究发现,lncRNAs能通过多种途径调节肿瘤的转移。本文对lncRNAs的功能(包括表观修饰调节、转录和转录后水平调节、翻译水平调节以及靶蛋白水平的调节)及其通过微小RNAs(microRNAs,miRNAs)网络在肿瘤转移中的调控作用作一综述。

Abstract
Metastasis is a significant process affecting the clinical management of cancer patients and involves in multiple biological steps. However, the specific molecular mechanisms of each step still remain unclear. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a group of RNAs, which are longer than 200 nucleotides, lack of functional open reading frames and can not encode proteins. Recent research has shown that lncRNAs can regulate tumor metastasis through multiple pathways. This review discusses its biological functions (epigenetic modification, transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation, translational regulation and interacting with the target protein) and regulatory roles in tumor metastasis through microRNAs network.
