目的 探讨颅底脊索瘤的临床特点及治疗。方法 本院自1996年1月~2002年9月共收治20例颅底脊索瘤,均有病理学诊断,主要症状为头痛、视力下降、复视。20例均手术治疗,其中手术加放疗或γ-刀治疗6例。结果 总的3、5年生存率分别为69%、57%。单纯手术组3、5年生存率分别为:60.5%、41%;手术+放疗或γ-刀组为3、5年生存率83.3%、83.3%。结论 颅底脊索瘤易复发,手术加放疗是有效的治疗方法。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of patients with chordomas in the skull base.Methods From January,1996 to September, 2002, 20 patients with chordomas in the skull base were treated in our hospital.All the patients were confirmed by histopathology.The most common symptoms were headache, visual loss and double vision.All the patients were treated with surgery(S),6 with plus radiotherapy or stereotactic radiotherapy (S+R).Results The survival rates of 3 and 5 years were 69% and 57%, respectively.The survival rates of 3 and 5years of S were 60.5% and 41%.repectively;The survival rates of 3 and 5years of S+R were 83.3% and 83.3%,respectively.Conclusion Chordoma in the skull base is easy to recur.S+R is an effective method.
